Mostly pre-state stone buildings and 1960s blocks, with a growing number of renovated and luxury units. Expect smaller floorplans and high ceilings.
Transportation
Excellent. Light rail is a short walk away, many bus lines run along Ramban and Aza, and most of central Jerusalem is walkable.

Emek Refaim and the city center are minutes away; Aza Street has bakeries, cafes and small groceries.

Strong mix of state-religious and secular schools, plus easy access to international programs.

Many minyanim of every style, an unusually walkable Shabbat community and lots of Anglo families.
